    My Mother breeds pedigree cats and uses PetPlan. It may not be the cheapest, but she has never had any problem when making a claim. They have always paid very quickly.

    I am with e&l and find they are pretty cheap and offer a good range of cover.

    Cheapest will mean they cover less so you should not just look at price but what, how much and for how long they cover each injury and illness.
