hi hun, try pet plan. it cost more then any other plan, but you have cover for life. most plans drop the cover after a year
E&L are a bad insurance they very rarely pay out and we have had murders with them in the past.

Well, it depends on where you live. If you live in a rural area, that might have unfriendly dogs, you should probably get a pet plan. If you live in a punkish NY sort of city with unknown dogs that may be vicious, you might want to get a pet plan. But if you live in a residential area in a moderately busy city, with lots of friendly dogs, you might not want to waste the money
