I have ordered from this seller quite a few times as I run a cat home for older cats – I have to say that the customer service is exemplary! Absolutely first class! The product itself is excellent quality – you simply write your telephone number on the poppered-closed bit of the collar with an indelible pen (no expensive name/tele no. tag that can get lost or disconnected from the collar, as I have found in the past has happened and at £7.50 a tag that is quite a bit if you have a number of cats!!)and it is there for good. Very nice colours in a royal blue, racing green or piller box red – snap-to fastening on the collar is very good as well – only lost a couple where the cats probably got stuck up a tree knowing them! But I highly recommend this seller – they are polite, efficient and 110% true to their word with their products which, I might add, always arrive well before the estimated date. Highly recommended.

I purchased this collar mainly due to the anti-strangulation device that also doubles as the clip that keeps the collar closed. The “My Home” label attachment is an added bonus, although the tag itself is a blotchy grey to white almost as of the colour had peeled off it, thus it makes it very hard to actually distinguish what ever number you have written on the collar unless you use a felt-tip pen. My major gripe with this collar is that it isn’t reflective; which in my experience is one of the major points of having a cat collar, so cars can see them in the distance.
