Cat went crackers on seeing mouse. Picked it up in his teeth, ran around the room with it “squeaking”, then dropped mouse on floor and proceeded to knock seven bells out of it! We hide the mouse in different places, but he always finds it even at 3.00a.m. in the morning!!!!

My 2 kittens adored this little mouse (after all they don’t understand that the noise it makes is a bird call rather than a mouse-squeak!) and played with it a lot. However, after having it for 3 weeks or so the squeek malfunctioned and began to make its bird/mouse noise continually which was a tad irritating. It now no longer squeeks but hey, it is cheap and did bring joy for a while !

Our two rarely play with toys, they much prefer playing “lets bash each other on the head” so I was quite surprised when they took to this. We very often hear the squeaking coming from the room their in, not so much fun if that room happens to be the bedroom and we’re trying to sleep. It’s well made and I can’t see any bits of it coming off, the only downside is there is no way to change the battery.

Took a little while to take interest in it, by me shaking it and moving it around to make it seem like its real and make the squeaky noise. After that, my cat who is about 10 months old, now bats it around the room throwing it around and generally loves it. She forgets about it for a while and then spots it and attacks it again and throws it around the room. The squeak just adds to the excitement that it is something real as she never seems to be interested in felt mice that make no sound at all. All in all a good purchase.

What an excellent little toy this is ! Both the cats think its marvelous. Even when the cats are not playing with it its fun. It sits on top of the fridge and every time anything is removed from the fridge the mouse squeaks . Cannot recommend this superb value toy highly enough. get one for your cats.
